My screen runs on 12V. How do I use 1 plug?

I want to use a 7-inch screen but it runs on 12V. I wanted to make a single device using my Pi and the screen so I wanted them to run using a single plug. Is there an easy way to do it? I'm not sure I can just use voltage division since I'm unfamiliar with the USB input for the Pi.

How do I get a log-in prompt when booting to GUI?

I have configured my raspberry pi to automatically boot to GUI upon start-up using raspi-config. However, I want to open different programs using different users. How would I make the GUI ask for user information instead of automatically logging me in as pi?
