Re: enable ssh on raspbian jessie

Thanks, you have right. Ssh is enabled by default.
I installed kodi running sudo apt-get install kodi.
There is a way to automatically load kodi environment at start up instead raspbian graphic UI?

Re: enable ssh on raspbian jessie

I downloaded 2016-03-18-raspbian-jessie.img.

I don't know if ssh is enabled by defualt because I can't connect keyboard to my rpi so I can't run terminal commands.

There is a way to enable ssh changing some files in the sd card partition?

Re: alsamixer doesn't change volume

I think it isn't an hardware problem because some video play at acceptable volume. I use handbrake to increase the volume of my movies but I'm sure there is a quicker way to increase output volume managing the operating system. Thanks

Re: manually remove network manager from raspbmc

I'm just wondering if in raspbmc OS internet connection depends on /etc/network/interfaces.
It seems not because this file is empty.
So which tool is used in this OS by default for network connection?

I have a connected the ethernet port to my router.
My router is not configured in dhcp.
I'm doing a ping sweep but it seems that no ip is assigned to my rpi.
Someone knows how to manage files in the sd to disable network manager on raspbmc?

Regards
Andrea
