Contractor wanted for remotly working on RPi project

We've been working on a prototype for a project of ours, but since we're not experts w/ RPi it has been taking us to long to build what we want, and there are so many little issues — like power problems — that has been delaying us. So we need a contractor to setup up the following: 1.) An RPi with s...

Mobile power source for RPi?

I have an RPi B and using a USB hub need to plug into it: - A LogiLink Wifi nano USB, and - 3 USB NFC readers (3*200mA=600mA) This should roughly add up to less than 3A: Power for: (RPi) + (USB Wifi) + (3 USB NFC) ~ 2.5-3A I want to use a mobile power source like a power bank, but all I see are up t...

5V/3A Portable Power Source?

Need one to power my PiHUB so my project gets portable, and I don't need a cable.

Unfortunately the battery packs I find on amazon, are 5V/3A ad in:
  • 1 USB 5V/2A, and
    1 USB 5V/1A
... so 2+1 = 3A :(

I need a portable power supply for 5V/3A.

Portable power supply for a PiHub?

I'm looking at a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gysq2KWw ... e=youtu.be) that says that the PiHub requires a 5.2 DC power in. Any idea how I can make (or buy) a portable power source of that kind? Maybe something with AA batteries?

Thanks!

How to connect a PiHUB?

Hi,

I just got my PiHUB but there are no instructions on how to use it :(

I need:
  • To connect it to 3 USB devices,
The USB devices need to be controlled by 1 Rpi,
That Rpi would (preferably) be powered by the PiHub too.
Could you help me?

Thanks
