Does anyone know how to enable the "High performance GPIO driver option with > 100x improvement"?

Has anybody looked in to getting 1-wire devices working on Windows 10 yet? Apologies if this seems like a daft question, I'm still rather new to wiring things to my RPi. Could you provide some insight into how I should connect the DS18B20 to the RPi in order for your library to work, pins circuit etc.?
