Re: Carputer Pi 3

I'm just wondering if it would be possible to have a backup camera connected to a raspberryPi that displays the output wirelessly on my iPhone?

Re: No sound over HDMI [solved]

I am having a similar problem. I can't get HDMI sound with Rasbian Jessie. When I edit config.txt and add the line hdmi_drive=2 I do then get sound, but then the screen is too big for my TV. There seems to be interaction between the hdmi video and the sound. It is the same if I remove the comment # ...

Re: Writing to SD card using my imac

thanks, I used WinRar to unzip this time and everything worked ok and I have a *.img which I downloaded from openelec.tv.
Now I am trying to write it as explained in the 'mostly graphical...' but am having problems with the ip= part. How deep should I enter? The file is on my desktop.

Re: Writing to SD card using my imac

Thanks for the reply.
I downloaded an openelec.zip file which was supposed to be an img file but when unzipped there were several files and folders. I was expecting just a *.img file, so am a little confused.
I will read through the link you sent me.

Re: Connecting Motorola Lapdock to Pi with connectors

I have a different Lapdock to most. Mine has a cable at the back which has the micro USB and HDMI male connectors at the end. It says MOTLPDK100 on a label underneath. I have had considerable problems getting it to work properly and start reliably. I now have to have all cable disconnected prior to ...

Re: Motorola Lapdock 100

Valkaiser, I followed you steps above and for the first time was able to get the Raspberry PI to display and the touch pad to work. I honestly don't understand why I needed to do it this way, but I have no prior experience with the lapdock. I have a few questions: Is the lapdock not designed to work...
