Unfortunately one of our servers locked up which is why you might have been having trouble logging on recently - and I was out in the US (for work that pays...) so I didn't get a chance to look into it until now.

Obviously I can't speak for what IndieCity might do in future, but there is no access to the user's email in the current API - just the username and a unique ID.

Sorry you're having trouble making it work! Are you trying to run as a user you've created rather than pi? It looks like the IridiumRising script is only executable by that user. Do chmod a+x IridiumRising to fix that. Other things to check for are making sure you have an internet connection working...
