There are two different ways to use a camera on a microscope: one is using an unmodified camera which takes parallel rays (as from an object at infinity) and uses the built-in camera lens to focus them on the sensor. Optics Calculations for Rpi Camera + Microscope

Hello good afternoon
I'm trying to find a way, with optics calculations to find the best distance to put the camera in the eyepiece of the microscope. Has anyone researched this yet?

raspivid -t 60000 This will display the preview for 60 sec. If you want to show it for ever you can set it to 0, then it will run until you kill it with "ctrl+c". Dave on picroscopy i need to use some specific microscope? i try to use an old and regular one, but I'm having trouble focusing on the slide.
