Re: Howto install nodejs6 + npm on raspian stretch?

Hi all, I have a couple of pi 3 and some camera modules, that I'd like to turn into ONVIF cameras. So I found https://github.com/BreeeZe/rpos , and tried to follow it. But it needs nodejs 6. And it looks to me that it should install just that with the lines in the guide; curl -sL https://deb.nodeso...

Re: Power on/off via USB

I wanted to see if it's possible to use a toggle switch connected to they pi, via USB to power the device on and off? Or baring that, the GPIO pins? My research shows I will likely need a python script. Just nothing much else beyond that. Thanks in advance. :) https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/ono...

Re: Forget a Wifi Network and Ethernet

Every single time I reboot the file /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf is changed and overwritten with the old wifi configuration. This might be a symptom of a wider problem with your system. Check that your microSD card has not spontaneously entered a read-only state. Create a trivial file, w...

Re: Add Analog to Digital pins to the pi

I didn't find anything specifically on this but I would love to see 2 or 4 Analog to Digital inputs on a future pi. This would streamline interfacing with a huge number of existing sensors out there. This could even be shipped without the pin headers. Keeping the basic form the same for existing pr...
