I'd rather have a bigger one, 10 inch or 12 inch. If we' asking. ;)

You should know as above stated that pre,-releases are never announced, and I am 100% positive that RPT are aware of the wishes for different size screen, making the post is just disrespectful.

Re: Raspberry Pi for a Complete Beginner.

Hello everyone,, I've jumped in an bought myself a Raspberry Pi B+ and I'm hoping to have a go at learning to do some programming. I have pretty much minimal experience doing any programming, I used HTML several years ago to build some basic websites, and have since used Matlab at uni but not very ...

Re: Overclocking On NOOBS V3

Hey there. I’ve had my pi for around a year and a month and I had a few minor issues with Raspbian. However, it recently started refusing to connect to the Internet so I decided to just reinstall the OS entirely. While I was at it, I decided to download the latest version. I went to do a minor over...

Re: VPN client comparisons/recommendations

Hi All, I intend setting up a VPN client on my RPi but the number of clients available on Raspbian is actually quite bewildering. Although the package details mostly do indicate protocol support I can't see myself trying them all to gauge usability, performance & resource usage. I'd be grateful for...

Re: Power problems RPI 3B+ with touchscreen

Thanks for your replies. I know the recommended current for the Pi3B+ is 2.5A, but I also know less than 2.5A is often enough for the Pi to work at least. So I just tested it with my 1.8A power adapter. I know it's not ideal but it works. What I don't understand is that the Pi PoE HAT, which provid...

Re: Convert Video Input over SATA to HDMI via Raspberry Pi

I recently purchased a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k. The camera has no way to output full 4K 60fps footage to an external monitor (the monitor needs an HDMI input). The camera has a USB-C port, but it is not thunderbolt and thus the monitor can't accept it as an input. My only option at this ...

jamesh, I think it because every time a chip/ARM story comes up, you churn out the same RISC-V line. Every time. I protest. Please don't put words into my mouth. I posted, I did not mention RISC V. Anyway here is my take on things... It seems the doom of ARM is closer than even I could have imagine...

Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible to use a rpi as a scaler/scan converter to take an analog video signal (rgb or composite) and convert it (just the analog/digital conversion like scan line doubler) in real time to the hdmi output like the Open Source Scan Converter to connect older game consol...

The only difference is three programs added to it. May we ask why you are using obsolete and unsupported Raspbian Je...
