Real mystery i removed pihole and same stuff, all other pi connect to router. It’s it possible wifi went bad on this pi ?

I think the big "DISCONNECTED" is the clue. That's the problem you need to solve. Have you set the country code in the "preferences" dialog or with sudo raspi-config ?
