After you have build 6.3.0
Run ./configure , you must see wrote in( languages message) if it's able to differentiate
build as an new host compiler added or not.
I think it's not reserved exclusive (MIC) KNC using two system / KNL on unique system (X200) or Nvidia PTX devices..

Offloading asynchronous can work perfectly on all model raspberry even without sub cores,
it's only side of libraries shared(.so) of the compiler duplicated that are called by several path different defined.
