ok, where i am now. the web page displays very slow for me inside my network 4 min load. when i hit the login tab she times out. i have tried two pc's and chrome and Firefox. i also reloaded the system on a new class 10 sd card. as of right now i am running out of ideas. never give up never surrend...

Did you open port 80 in your router? it looks like that is what is causing this. Or the settings in WordPress are just not quite right yet. make sure you open port 80. I believe I did. You need to set up a port forwarding on your router.
then you have to set up your domain to go to your public address
check mine out http://73.176.127.164/

I am running into an issue where the template does not load for outsiders.

Hi everyone . I started my new job at a pig factory.
I noticed the people look at the security cameras and count the pigs manually. ! boring !!
so I thought to myself.

There is no point in adding a spi group as it won't help, if it's relevant the group would already exist. You need to look at the spi device and see the access permissions. This is a problem with the permission of the SPI interface. I think it's owned by root, but your script is running as Apache's user name, www-data. You need to give www-data access to SPI.
