cheapest battery pack for $14.96 + no usb peripherals issues

i was in the need of a battery pack but with a low budget. this was the cheapest one i had found:

which i believe is the same as:

unhappily in the first test it wasnt able even to bring the ethernet port up (using 1A output port). so i wired both output ports (1A and 500mA) in parallel into mini-USB jack and all go fine. now i am able to use keyboard + 3g + hdmi + ethernet without reboots or usb devices not being recognized.

the plastic case can even be used as a base for the rpi. still dont know how much time can it handle rpi on.

could you tell us how long the battery still alive with your raspberry please ?

i have the same battery pack and i can power my rpi+wireless keyboard+wifi dongle+hdmi using only the 1A usb port.
i don´t know how good is the battery life with everything connect because i only used it one time just to see if it would work

@magno23 - was it revision A or B? because ethernet draws too much current

could you tell us how long the battery still alive with your raspberry please ?

Battery is 5000mAH and Pi roughly using 750mA then math is simple 5000/750=6.6 hours. That's an approximation since the Pi's power requirements will vary with usage.

Of course OP already mentioned about 7 hours , so math seems to be on.
