This may have been covered but i can't find it browsing!
I'm currently using a 1a power supply which is doing fine until I run 1080p applications on xbmc, during this I'm getting 4.52v which sometimes causes the video to constantly buffer.
I looked into using my iPad power supply but noticed the new iPad 3.2 uses 5.2v 2.5A. I'm not willing to use this as the pi surely will go into high bake mode! The model number of the charger is a1401.
The original iPad 3 uses model number a1357 but even this is rated at 5.1v!
Just wondered what the majority are using for there rpi?

Well, if you have to go out and by something, get an Android charger which comes with the correct jack for plugging in.
