Is it normal that wordpress and phpmyadmin stored on the webserver i've created inside my Raspberry Pi with Raspbian “wheezy” are slow a lot, and php pages that i've created are really fast? Are so heavy wordpress and phpmyadmin for the Raspberry Pi?

The fact that, in a forum covering "networking and servers", this seems to be the only FAQ, suggests it is not only normal, but horribly normal.

Wordpress with SQLite might be somewhat faster.
If you are not hell bent on WP, and would simply like something fast, that the Pi can handle a little better, I discovered RazorCMS through this site, and tested it, its a flat file blogging platform, super easy to install, and runs super fast on the Pi.

Or install Baked Raspberry Pi Mod to do it for you.
I have also run Drupal / MySQL / Apache2 on a Pi, and while it wasn't "fast", it works just fine. I am considering moving http://www.geek101.co.nz to a Pi fulltime if I can get Drupal running a little faster, perhaps with SQLite and Lighttpd.
I am also working on speeding Wordpress up and adding it to Baked Raspberry Pi Mod too.
