Chrome CR-48 screen as display?

So I just spent some money on a crappy 480x240 non-digital composite display when I realized that I actually have a CR-48 I no longer use. It's got a 1280 x 800 display that could be useful, has anyone spent time trying to hack the Raspberry Pi to use one of these as a display?

Guess I can't argue with that. I just thought it'd be a fun hack that would net me a really thin bezel display

you could install Ubuntu on your CR-48 and use SSH/VNC to connect to your Raspberry.
Or you could buy a Motorola ATRIX Dock for around 74EUR and sell me the CR-48
