Is it possible to have a camera and WiFi on model A?
I may be wrong, but I think the only way to have this is with the future camera module and a WiFi adapter on the single USB. Or, maybe there is a way to connect both a WiFi adapter and a camera to a single USB.
P.S. I wrote this issue in a past post, but didn't get much of a response, though I'm thankful to who did reply.

Whats wrong with using a USB hub? The' future camera' model isn't USB anyway - it has its own connecter.

As above, the Foundation camera module connects to its own plug on the board, so on the Model A the USB will still be available.

I'm aware of this. However, I was trying to find out if the future camera module is the only way that one can have both camera and wifi on model a. Is this the case or am I wrong?

I suppose this is the wrong place to ask how the camera module is coming ?

Don't judge Linux by the Pi.......

Use a powered USB hub. Its what people already do to get around both the power issues on the pi usb and the low port count.
There is no reason why you couldn't use a usb camera and a WiFi adaptor on the same hub
