Just got the replacement, it is 256MB this time nit the 512MB that I had before but still, it's better than nothing I suppose.

Weird thing when I first plugged it in, it went into the POST screen but then went blank and locked-up the controlls on my flatscreen TV, I had to unplug the TV to reset it because I couldn't even turn it off.

It has now been running in desktop mode fot at least 5 minutes and it hasn't crashed yet but let's see what happens when I start doing stuff with it, that will be the proof of the pudding. :P

No crashes yet, seemed to run a bit slow on my 32 inch flatscreen TV but seems quicker on th 23.5 inch monitor. :?

You got a 256MB Pi as a replacement for your RMA'ed 512MB model? Really??

If they've sent you a 256 model as a replacement for a 512, then I'd be sending it back again to get the 512.
