All,
I'm on a training course for the next two weeks and will be travelling for 3 hours on a daily basis to get to/from the training centre. I thought it would be nice to fill my time listening to some podcasts rather than the radio.
In the past I've listened to (and enjoyed) SModcast, Geek Out Load, Gamespot UK, Bombcast and others, but I'm always keen to try new things, so does anyone have any good suggestions?
Cheers,
Ryan

The Richard Herring, As It Occurs To Me podcasts. I think there are about 29 of them. Just don't be drinking your coffee when they start talking about Cumpkins!
Answer me this
radiolab
wiretap
caustic soda
this american life
adam and joe (bit of google-fu needed to find this one...)

I would recommend This Developer's Life.
I'm not a part of the Raspberry Pi Foundation, I'm just a very enthusiastic fan helping out in the forums and wiki.
Norwich Raspberry Pi User and Developer Group is meeting Saturday 9th March! See http://norwichrpi.org.

Alternatively, get a language course and fill you head with foreign goodness
You can learn a lot in 30 hours.
Michel Thomas courses recommend, Pimsleur also good.
But if you are set on a podcast it has to be The Food Programme

Would love to find an equivalent uk based collection of podcasts.

Both these podcasts from BBC Radio 4 are brilliant
BBC Radio 4 - friday night comedy podcast
BBC Radio 4 - comedy of the week
or make your own using the raspberry pi... http://stuffaboutcode.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/raspberry-pi-bbc-iplayer-personal.html

"am I getting slower, or is stuff more complicated; either way I now have to write it down - stuffaboutcode.com"
Another couple of BBC ones I like
Infinite Monkey cage (Science and comedy)
also I'm currently working through the entire In our time archive as well, which cover such a diverse range of topics, each one is like a 40 minute lecture.
