India delivery

Hi,
This march, I ordered raspberry pi boards at element14 (kitsnspares) and their customer care committed to deliver by end of June. Also from blogs at [url]raspberrypi.org[/url], I came to know about end of June commitment.
Today is 1st of July and I am yet to receive the boards.
For crosschecking, my order invoice number is ele5133.
Please suggest where and whom should I contact to get a final delivery date.
