What would be a good music player and how can i download and install it? Thanks!

I use qmmp under X-Windows it's the closest thing to Winamp for Linux (and xmms / x11amp) it also supports Winamp skins.
To install: sudo apt-get install qmmp once it's up and running you need to turn off the graphic equaliser.

Since this is a Fedora sub-forum, that command would be, as root:
# yum install qmmp

Can i just put music on my usb drive? Copy music from my mac to the thumb drive plug it into the rpie then what? Thanks for all your guys help!

I have it installed but when i play a song it cuts out real bad then kinda freezes
