touch screen + android

hi all

i am kind of new at this so take it easy with me ok?
how can i connect to the raspberry pi a touch screen and run on it android.

I would wait till Android and the screen-add on are released by the foundation.
I have not heard of anyone having success with big touchscreens till now.

not a big touch screen about 3, 4 inch

I personally havent tried it but there's youtube videos of it working and looks like best option
