DVB-S Receiver (usb)

Hi,

I am thinking aboutthinking about buying a raspberry pi as nettop box.
For that it would also be good if I could use it as a dvb-s receiver/recorder as well.

Can I use any linux compatible dvb-s stick with the pi or are there any limitations?
