I hope to fit the PI, 5in screen, keyboard, touch pad,and 1 terabyte hard-drive into an old Atari 2600 shell (the system, not a cartridge)
Do y'all that possible?

It might be a bit tight.
If memory serves, the atari board is about the same size as the pi.
The RF shielding probably takes up more space than the electronics (really huge).

Atari 2600 teardown on iFixit: http://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/Atari-26 ... own/3541/1 Should give an idea. Step 5 on that page gives measurements. It says the case is 2.6 times larger than the motherboard. Really need a small laptop harddrive if it's going to work.
The external hard drive I hope to use is about 1.5x the size of the PI. (im guessing)

Well I got the atari 2600 open and everything looks....Atari-ish?
Anyway, if the Raspberry Pi is about the size of a credit card like people say then i think it should work!
So I have the Atari case ,the external hard drive (which will be internal),and the keyboard.
now all i need is the PI and the screen
