Project Website with diagrams

It would be nice to have a website where people can upload their wiring diagrams for projects people have made using the GPIO's and detailed information on how they got their project running

perhaps with a comments window for each uploaded project too

Is anything like that out there? if not i could make, it but i'm pretty busy till next week.
