Hi everybody!
I'm running Arch and I have installed XBMC, but CEC is giving me headaches.
XBMC says adapter is configured (LG LH5000), but remote does nothing. After opening and closing
CEC adapter configuration in Peripherials menu, it works! But if I close XBMC/reboot Pi, it stops working.
On Raspbmc and OpenELEC, it has worked out of the box.
Any help is appreciated,
Vulpes
CEC doesn't work after reboot

Do you have an Earlier model B Pi? there were some changes to the hardware re CEC on the revision 2 pi's
I have 512MB model.
What I don't understand is why it works after entering and exiting cec entry in peripherials menu, although nothing gets changed in peripherial data folder.

you should be all fine, I'd check that you have the latest firmware,
other than that i'm fresh out of suggestions

Everything is up to date - it's Arch after all. I built xbmc yesterday.

Arch has libcec 2..0.1 in repos. After realising it's over a month old and building 2.0.4 it works!
I guess I'm used to having all latest and greatest on my Arch desktop.
Thank you helping.
