Caps Lock LED not working & autorepeat of last key press

Caps lock key works but LED never comes on!

Two R-Pis
One running Official download other v.latest after using rpi-update
tried three keyboards plugged in directly.
All same no lit LED result (we think it did work occasionally but could be confused as we have been trying lots of things)

Also every so often the keyboards start autorepeating the last key press!

I've noticed that Caps Lock behaviour too, Maybe there's a bug in the keyboard driver somewhere. The auto repeat is well known; it seems to be due to the USB dropping packets.

Caps Lock is sporadic for me - not working at the moment

I'd say this is a power issue but ....

I have the Caps Lock LED issue even with my setup that I checked with an oscilloscope to make sure that the power always stayed good.

I have not had the repeating keypress issue.
