How do I empty my trash?

Could anyone tell me how to empty my trash?

if you using lxde on the raspbian image its file manger then on the right it should say rubbish bin
or if you mean like someone asked you, you take the bag out of the garbage can, tie it up and put it by the road or wherever you garbage goes an then replace the bag

it's easy you right click on the fing you whant to get rid of and you will find it in the rubbish bin .
how to emty it ,you open the rubbish bin in file manager click on rubbish bin highlit the stuff in the rubbish bin right click it and then click delte and it will be gone out of site.

Oh, all right! I have to replace the bag! No wonder I've had a problem.

Type in the terminal 'sudo apt-get update', and 'sudo apt-get upgrade'.
You have the older version of OS Wheezy. I had the same prob.
If the above help does not help, format the card (save any wanted files first!) and download the latest Wheezy OS, and install it.
I now have the latest one, works fine.
If all of the above are too drastic, dont delete. cut and paste to the 'boot' folder, connect to normal computer and delete like that.
