New 512MB Unit have 10 but no clue on adjusting firmware

I ordered 10 RPis, they are sweet 512MB units but loading them up I still only have the option to split the ram as if I had 256MB.

So how do I adjust/update this, also I would like it possible to do it using my existing install as I would rather not start over again, but if I need to that is fine.... Also I tried searching some but maybe I am looking for the wrong thing.

There's now an image that directly suppots 512M, rather than trying to update an old image.
