Tabs not displaying properly in raspberry forum pi theme

It seems like the forum theme has been customised to match the rest of the raspberry pi website, but the create post page seems to be missing the styles/scripts needed for the post options to work correctly.

Specifically, those "Options", "Upload attachment" and "Poll creation" dot points should really be tabs, and that would also fix the problem of the page not making any sense talking about polls and etc.

Could the tabs be fixed so that we can see just the options and the rest by changing "tabs", how I think it's supposed to work?

Liz said recently that there are supposed to be tweaks to the raspite theme "coming soon"...
