New projects title needed

We need a new forum under projects for "Raspberry Pi modifications".

The mods are spread all over the current forums and really hard to track down. There are some very highly modified RasPii out there.

USB removed and or replaced.
USB power bypass
Larger capacitor at USB.
Ethernet removed or replaced.
Linear regulator replaced with switching
RCA removed
Sound jack removed
Proposals for switching out the SDcard slot for a micro
And others I am sure I have not found yet.
RS rewards Europe customers for long wait with old stock also
(RS)Allied ships old stock to reward U.S. Customers for long wait!

Sort of a "Pi à la Mod" thread? Sounds like it could prove interesting! I like the idea!

Even though it's not a glitch, I do agree that a general Pi Modifications section (Franken-Pi?) might be a good idea ;-)

I only suggested moving it to the "Forum glitches" section because that's where all the other new-subforum-request posts seem to end up :)
