Composite and Startx

Composite next to useless for default startx
even the bash concole when full of text is to big for the screen.
most progams open way to big and the default browser is obviously an issue.

Is there any linux dektop designed for limited screen space?
Any tips?

Sounds like you need to fiddle with the overscan settings:
