A search of the forum reveals: Try emailing RaspberryPi@rswww.com with either Mike@RS or Jo@RS in the title.
Mine has just been despatched. I could make an empty box really useful I'm sure but I'd prefer it to contain some raspberry-flavoured bits

I got the same from RS, a box, with both security seals intact, containing two pieces of foam and little else. I e-mailed raspberrypi@rswww.org as advised by their helpline, on 12/6/12, and got an automated response - nothing since. RS won't help on the 'phone - they say I have to e-mail as above. How many people got empty boxes? Has anyone got the problem resolved?

Seems a bit offtopic, but:
Can anyone who ordered from RS Online check the weight of the Raspberry inside the Box including all packaging material?
The reason is that I've got a originally sealed and unopened Raspbi I want to sell on eBay, but of course I don't want to sell an empty package.
Best regards

Hi,
My Raspberry Pi box (w/o the white bag) weights 93 gramms with a Pi in it, security seals not broken.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Cardboard box in jiffy bag with seals fully intact and just 2 pieces of foam inside. Has anybody found who exactly you need to contact about this to get a replacement/refund?

Hello. I can't help. I know you're angry, but it may be useful for the forum to know some details. Where are you from? Did you order just the Raspy or other things (case, power adapter, etc)? Did you receive the confirmation email from RS telling you the package was dispatched? In last two weeks the last *here know* RS delivered Raspberry was order 103xxx. Nobody else posted news and you are the first in last two weeks that received a shipping from RS. It would be useful to know your order number, even if it doesn't help to solve your case. Thanks and I wish you get your Raspy as soon as possible.

I ordered the raspberry pi from RS on its own with no accesories, the dispatch date of my pi was June 22nd, I received the dispatch notification email as expected and received the package within a couple of days but no pi inside

So... You've been trying to find out who to contact since around June 24th? You have more patience than I.
Hi- This problem was resolved very quickly by RS once I sent the e-mail to the right place! I think it's the first time I've had an issue with an order in over 35 years as a customer, and I was very happy with the response.
For info, the empty box with foam is about 46 grams, the box with pi is about 96.

Something similar happened to me. I've ordered the RPi with all the extras from the RS RPi, and the RPi and everything arrived just fine but, the RPi case that I've ordered wasn't inside the box... What should I do?
Just take the advice from below?
I'm from Chile, South America, thanks. (also my email is maty.bg@gmail.com in case someone wants to give me some advice)
