Probably, although the A14 goes past some other places as well.
Good news: It is near the M11.
Bad new: 66% of the people have to us the A14 to get to the M11.
Good news: there is an exit from the M11 to the lab.
Bad news: You can use that exit only if you come from the south and 66% of the visitors come from the north.
Good news: There is a big parking lot near.
Bad news: You have to walk more then 30 meters in daylight from the car park to get to the lab.
Anybody else have more?
