The OnLive Micro Console is probably already running Linux on ARM, so it's quite likely to run on the RasPI. Gaikai depends on Java + LWJGL + PulpCore. Apparently, LWJGL was ported to ARM, but I don't know about PulpCore.
There was another forum post about running Java on ARM, which is currently controversial, apparently. A lot to do with Oracle's licensing issues regarding Java for embedded devices.

The problem with running OnLive on the RPi is that they do not have a Linux client. To my knowledge, no one has been able to get the OnLive client to run in a Linux environment, either. The two together would be simply amazing, though. Here's hoping.

Here's some fine discussion on the hardware and software behind the Micro Console.

Testing of the OnLive beta client for Android. Again, Linux on ARM. OnLive might not be distributing their client software, but it certainly exists :D
