This is amazing news. The best media player ever has now become affordable for the masses at a super low price.
i want 10 of these raspberry Pi devices to configure with OpenELEC and give away to friends and family, shame its appears to be a 1 per customer only at the start.

It's brilliant news - we're really excited about it. I'll be putting an announcement about OpenELEC up on the main page a bit later in the week - I'm hoping that we'll get an image from Fedora in a few hours, so the slot's full for today, and we have an announcement to make tomorrow; but expect to see a load of fuss about OpenELEC on Thursday/Friday!
This is awesome news! something tells me I am going to need more than one sd card lol
