I have been watching and waiting. I want order the $35 RaspberryPi.

Have I missed a "sign up to order" list?

What should I do to try to get in on the first production shipment?

Hi Peter,

A)  Read the FAQ. It answers your question and probably the next few you have.

B)  Go to the front page and get on the mailing list. We are all still waiting

1+1 = 11

People who are signed up to the mailing list will get an email as soon as the foundation have confirmed a release date.

It's on a first come first serve basis on the release day.

Mods, any chances of making one of the myriad of how when and where threads a sticky?

One like this one with a very obvious title as new peeps tend to come to this section of the forum first before they find out about the faq or the search option.

I made one of these threads sticky one time and it got out of control and full of trolls fast.

If it's got all the info needed in it, make it a sticky n lock it

You could create your own with bullet points in it, but the title needs to be blatantly obvious, especially for peeps where English isn't there first language.
