Hi guys and gals,

Just wondering if anyone knew whether it was possible to power the Pi with batteries, regulated by the onboard Voltage Regulator on the Gertboard/ Multiface???? Haven't quite understood the schematic yet!

Thanks

The raspberry Pi can be powered by supplying 5V through the GPIO header so yes in principle you could power the Pi from the interface board. You would however need to use either a 5V regulated supply or install a regulator if you are are running from batteries that have a higher voltage.
