I'm trying out Pidora but can't get any pdf readers to install. I've tried Evince and Okular and both return Yum messages about missing files in their repositories. Even using Yum with override set to ignore missing or outdated (?maybe? it's seeing different file names due to files being updated somewhere??)files neither one will load.

Please a hint on where to head for to try and get one or the other installed?

Cheers.

Great Stuff, thank you.
I couldn't get Yumex to install but did get the Mupdf to install using Yum, and it all seems to be working at the moment.
Seems that the file systems are super sensitive to how they get shut down, especially the Raspbian one. No matter how I shut it down it seems to have corrupted the file system on Raspian, but so far Pidora has been pretty robust. Only broke it once and that was my fault. Even with trying different SD cards that seems to be the case.

Thanks again.

you are welcome.
The pidora version i use, downloaded it june 12, has yumex installed by default;
from Applications Menu > Administration > Yum Extender
Wait a bit till it starts. It's a very handy tool to search for software.
