Anyone any idea ?

Send them an e-mail and they will probably write that they will investigate and get back to you in 10 working days.
I'm in the same situation.
Order number 1010168xxx and no dispatch e-mail nor the product.

Hi,

Just to report, I received my Raspberry Pi yesterday together with a black case.

Order number: 1010185XXX
Order date: 10 Sep
Delivery: 14 Dec
No dispatch email
Destination: Warsaw, Poland

I think it wasn't sent through DHL. I tried to check DHL using the method posted earlier in this thread but with no results. It says "EU-Post" on the envelope.

I'm waiting 16 weeks now and it remains silent from RS.
I see here that later order numbers have been dispatched as expected according to the RS timetable.
This really leads to confusion for RS didn't send me a message for the shipping nor for the delay. Nothing !
[...]

I'm also located in the Netherlands and ordered about 1 week later than you did.
About 2000 others ordered in that week, since my order-number is 1010182xxx.
Also no reply from RS and no delivery and my credit-card was charged immediately after ordering.
Last time I ordered anything from RS.

Hmm I cannot edit my previous post anymore...
But the woman from Selektvracht was just now ringing my doorbell and I received my order.
So maybe you'll get yours today too.

6 weeks, not that bad, to be fair.

Now waiting for delivery (5 days mentionned in the dispatch mail) :)

With some luck I might be able to play with it before Christmas !

Hey erwan,

your order number is ... slightly higher than mine (1010186XXX). Where are you located?

I' am waiting since mid of September .... and nothing so far. The "2 weeks dispatch expected" is a tasteless joke and RS information policy is horrible.

Meanwhile I'll just keep on waiting.

Here's another data point....

101017XXXX, order placed Aug 3, 2012 - in the US. I ordered directly from RS before the deal with Allied and all of my communications have been through RS.

Still have not received my order. I have an email from RS stating they are upgrading my order to the 512mb model dated November 12th. On the 21st of November I received an email about updated shipping schedules etc. My order SHOULD have been dispatched between Nov 26th and Dec 2nd, but still no love. :(

Revision 2 is the most recent. What makes you think it is old? Is it 512MB? Can you see on the SOC where it says either 4G or 2G as part of a long number? If that number includes 4G as part of it, you have the current revision.

Are you, perhaps confusing "Rev. 2"--the most recent board variant--with "Version 2", which was actually the first mass produced variant?

And another raspberry arrived :D

Orderd on the 6th of August, was dispatched on the 5th of December and entered my mailbox on the 12th. Location: Germany

Order Nr.: 1010175xxx

I never received any mail regarding the delay, dispatching or delivery.

The Pi was in perfect condition (the C6 was in place  ) and came in a beautiful pink case with both seals intact.

Hi,

I placed an order on 11/19/2012 (N° 1010208xxx).

Since no news and i'm wondering if can get a delivery before Christmas, just because I planned to give it as a present to my son.

If anybody can give me good news about this order, i'll be so pleased.

According to the shipping table, it should ship by 16 December:

http://uk.rs-online.com/web/generalDisp ... s#Delivery
Orders ending with specified numbers are supposed to ship within the listed dates.
3rd - 9th December 1010184000
10th - 16th December 1010211000

You might search this forum or read the FAQ listed above to see how long deliver takes to where you live, I think it is supposed to be 5 days to Europe.

You can always email RS to ask, but no guarantee you will get any kind of meaningful answer.

Received 1010200xxx in Belgium today, as expected according to what RS promised through its schedule without any form of delay (other than that mentioned on the website and in the dispatching mail). It came as a full order with RPi + PSU + Card + Case; nothing was broken (*), everything works with proper voltages and temperatures as far as I can tell for now with "normal" stuff connected to each output port (except for GPIO, can't test that now). It came in a big white envelope which has bubble wrap on the inside to protect the contents. Confirmed to be the 512MB B model. So, despites the big reported delay due to small orders and a high need, RS Components lived up to its promises for me (**).

*: GPIO pin in corner was only slightly bent, not even in a severe way, but that is easy to fix.
**: The bottom of the white case can't be easily removed and sits tight on the Raspberry Pi, it can probably be forced if you really want to; although well, once the Raspberry Pi works you don't really need to access the bottom any time soon unless you go for weird mods (but I won't, to avoid voiding warranty).

I have order # 10101813xx dated 27th of August ordered through Allied/RS. The only communication from them was the order confirmation.

If I read the shipping table at the beginning of this thread correctly it should have been sent by the 16th of December, which has now passed.
