Not that easy I'm afraid!

some people manage to use tiny screen's but those are designed to be easily interfaced to a microcontrollers, or have HDMI, DVI-D or composite inputs.

This seems to be simply a disassembled tablet.

The LCD itself is of the "raw LCD panel" type, and at the moment you cannot simply use it, although the Raspberry PI foundation is planning an interface board that connects to the second band cable connector, (DSI) just like the CSI one for the camera connector. With it some raw LCD panels might become useable, but probably not all.

Did you think it's possible to build like a driver by checking what is the utility of each connection of the ribbon cable? The tablet is kind of working but the batterie is dead and I got no way to recharge it properly cause I got no cable with it and Android ain't working!

(my brother found this tablet at the junk)

I wouldn't bother with it, unless you have piles of money to spend on masses of electronics, limitless time, and you are brilliant designer of electronics I would simply accept you would get nowhere fast.
Don't throw it away, perhaps in half a year or so the situation may have changed, if and when the RPF has designed their DSI interface board, and people are starting to attempt to add raw LCD panels to their PI's.
