vlc Player on Raspberry pi

Dear all,

Finally i installed vlc Player on Raspberry pi,
when i run the video file in vlc player its very slow and ..
i am getting following error on terminal...
no available xvideo adaptor
pulseaudio server connection failure connection refused
more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping fram (computer too slow?)


Please help me to find the solution...

VNC player is slow because it does not exploit the GPU for hardware acceleration of video, and the ARM processor in the Pi is not that powerful. As far as I know the only player that exploits the GPU and thus gives good performance is omxplayer.

Sorry for posting again.
i thought Vlc player may work... so i installed...but know i am getting Error....
So i posted the error which i ma getting on the terminal to clarify the things.
