hdd with xbmc

hi


iam running xbmc on raspberry know someone if you can hookup hdd with 2000gig and with power supply? on the raspberry

I've done it with OpenElec XBMC and a 500 gig USB HDD (externally powered) and it worked fine (auto detected).
My Pi uses 2 watts - what what? ---- HiRes early production Pi photos RS Front Back | Farnell Front Back

oke iam going to try it with a beter power suply i got now 700ma

Are you saying you are not using a separate power supply for your external hard drive? It needs its own power supply. No way will it run with power from the USB port (unless you are using a powered hub).
