you're not on your own - I'm watching like a hawk for the postman after mine went to 'Completed' yesterday - no joy today though :(

Just received mine :D

It looks like they changed the memory supplier, the device I have from RS has Hynix memory whilst the Farnell device has Samsung.

No other obvious differences other than a build week of 1215

Ye good luck to all the people expecting next day delivery. After reading another post I found out Farnell are using 2nd class post (which is to be expected seeing as postage was free). Mine was shipped on Tuesday 22nd May but I'm yet to receive it even though I live a few hundred metres away from Farnell!

Farnell Pi2 arrived this morning
Image

Each has a little sticker on the back which starts FN (for Farnell Number?) and then nine digits starting 120509xxx and 120520xxx
My two were ordered direct on the Farnell Website at 4pm on 29/2 and 6pm on 3/3 and arrived one day after the other

I need to build an extension to my Yoctopuse case and sort out another power supply, otherwise Pi2 will never be able to talk to Pi1...

Well I think Mr Postman TRIED to delivery my Pi (and T-shirt) today, but no one was in to take it, and it wouldn't fit
through the letterbox. I,ll have to collect it tomorrow.

Mine has arrived too. 24.05.12; from Farnell. Couldn't resist plugging it in powered by my Blackberry Storm charger - is it now a blackberry PI? Power light came on OK - a good sign I would say. Now I need to put my debian image on the SD card I've had for a couple of weeks awaiting arrival of my Pi.
Quite frustrating as I'm snowed under with stuff to do for work - it's getting to end of year at college - and I've not had a chance to get my Pi up and running properly; still end of half term is looming so I know what I'll be doing, sun or no sun!
Got an email earlier in the week from RS to order so I did. It has now been dispatched. I'll soon have two! Going to use the second one at the college where I work. The first one is for me at home - no sharing!

What date/time did you order yours. I ordered on zero-day at around 0730-0740 and am getting continually blindsided with Farnell....

I pre-ordered it at 29.02.2012., still on back order at Farnell Export web-site account, and processing...
Guys, can you tell if that back order was there till the day they shipped? Or was something else there? Like processing, Completed, receieved or?
Thank you!

For me changed from Back Order to Processing to Complete in a few hours on the same day.

However as to why your 29th order has not been fulfilled yet, the pattern of deliveries does seem to be stacked in the favour of UK orderers
